Borough Councillor for Fareham Park
Fred Birkett has lived in Fareham for over 20 years and has been a Councillor for Fareham Park for the past 7 years. Fred sat on the former Highlands HUB management and currently sits on Fareham NW Community Centre Management organisation. He says: “I am proud to have represented my ward over the past 7 years, being able to support the residents, promote grant funding to our community projects and generally try and improve the wellbeing of those living here.”
