Winchester District Councillor for Denmead
Paula worked as a Civil Servant for 25 years and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She became a Parish Councillor in 2013 and was elected Chair of Council in 2016 through to 2025. She stood for election to Winchester City Council in March 2023 and is proactive in serving her community as an Elected Ward Member for Denmead and Newlands.
