Borough Councillor for Titchfield
Tiffany Harper was born in Portsmouth and attended schools in Fareham. She was first elected to Fareham Borough Council in 2008, following in the footsteps of her late father, Councillor Malcolm Harper. She has lived all her life in Catisfield, and works full-time in Whiteley as an accountant for a telecommunications company. She said: “I am passionate about the countryside and environment, and when not at work or Council meetings, I can normally be found walking with my dogs. What little free time I have, I enjoy.”
